Pakistan is a country with rich cultural heritage and diverse traditions that vary across different regions. The local culture is deeply influenced by Islamic values, with family and community playing central roles in daily life.

Traditional greetings in Pakistan often involve saying \“As-salamu alaykum\“ (peace be upon you) with a handshake. It is customary to use the right hand for eating and greeting, as the left hand is considered unclean. Respect for elders is paramount, and it is common to see younger people standing when elders enter a room.

Pakistani cuisine reflects the country\“s diverse cultural influences, with biryani, kebabs, and various curry dishes being popular. Food is often shared from common plates, emphasizing community and togetherness. Hospitality is highly valued, and guests are typically offered tea and snacks upon arrival.

Traditional clothing varies by region but commonly includes shalwar kameez for both men and women. Religious festivals like Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha are celebrated with great enthusiasm, bringing communities together for prayers, feasts, and gift exchanges.
