King Charles mulls next step over public duties as stress takes toll: \“worn down\“
King Charles, who continues to receive weekly treatments for his undisclosed cancer, is reconsidering his next set of steps after a heckling incident rattled the monarch two days ago.
Even though the disgraced Prince Andrew announced on October 17 that he is giving up his royal titles and honours, the royal family is still forced to deal with heat from the public given the harrowing allegations of the former Duke. Advertisement
The monarch first-hand experienced it when he was heckled by one Brit as Charles was meeting the locals outside of the Lichfield Cathedral. According to renowned Hollywood insider and journalist, Rob Shuter, the incident “pierced the royal bubble” and it has left a deep impact on the King/
He cited a source that claimed that the King is “terrified” that this just the beginning and the stress taking a toll on his health.
“Charles has spent his entire life preparing to be King – not to be heckled in the streets like a politician,” the source said. “For decades, people shouted ‘God Save the King.’ Now they’re shouting about Andrew — and no one\“s stopping them.”
King Charles has been battling his cancer for nearly two years and is just the thought of doing public-facing duties is causing him “despair”. This had been something that he prepared to do all his life and his shameful brother Andrew has ruined it for him.
“The King is utterly worn down by it. Just when he thinks the matter has settled, another revelation surfaces. It\“s placing enormous strain on him,” they continued, “He’s doing his best to focus on his recovery and royal work, but the constant stress is really affecting his health.” |
