King Charles receives sympathy from US as crisis takes toll on health
King Charles received a message of support from his key ally in the US as the tragic crisis within the royal family had taken a toll on his health.
Since ascending the throne, the 76-year-old royal has been facing back-to-back major health and personal setbacks. Advertisement
In February 2024, Buckingham Palace revealed that the King had been diagnosed with cancer after he went under “corrective procedure“ for his enlarged prostate. He is taking medical treatment for his undisclosed form of cancer.
Alongside him, Charles\“ beloved daughter-in-law and key member of the firm, Princess Kate, also announced her cancer diagnosis.
Charles was overcoming the situation, but his brother Andrew once again brought shame to the firm due to the resurfaced Jeffrey Epstein scandal and his alleged association in the Chinese spy controversy.
Following the serious pressure from Britons to completely ban his brother and take away his royal perks, the King, on October 30, decided the fate of Andrew in a bombshell statement.
According to palace, the monarch has “initiated a formal process to remove the Style, Titles and Honours of Prince Andrew. He will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. Not only that, but Beatrice and Eugenie\“s father will have to leave Royal Lodge.
Now, reacting to the ongoing royal turmoil, US President Donald Trump sent a message of support to the King.
While talking to reporters on Air Force One, he said, “It\“s a terrible thing that\“s happened to the family. That\“s been a tragic situation, and it\“s too bad.“
Trump, who admires the royals, said that he is feeling “bad“ for the royal family. |
