The Wise Bat and the Cost of Unity
In a quaint village nestled in the heart of India, there lived a wise old bat named Balu. Balu was known throughout the village for his cleverness and wisdom. One sunny morning, Balu discovered something quite unusual. A group of people had gathered around a market stall, whispering excitedly about a mysterious item.“What could be so special?“ wondered Balu, who was curious by nature. He decided to investigate. As he approached the stall, he heard the villagers talking about a magic stone that could grant one wish. The price for this magical stone was surprisingly low—only 1.10 rupees.
“That\“s quite a deal,“ Balu thought. “But what is the cost of unity?“ He pondered this question for a moment and then decided to find out.
Balu approached the stallkeeper and asked, “What is the cost of unity?“ The stallkeeper, taken aback by the bat\“s question, replied, “Balu, the cost of unity is beyond measure. It is the connection we share with one another that truly matters.“
With this realization, Balu understood the true value of what he had discovered. He returned to the villagers and shared his wisdom. The magic stone was forgotten, and the villagers continued to live their lives, united and strong.
