K-Pop Demon Hunters Sequel plot
Previously, the musical director Maggie Kang, who helmed the film with Chris Appelhans, has long expressed her desire for a sequel.
“We’ve set up so much for potential backstory,“ Kang told Variety. “Obviously, there’s a lot of questions that are left unanswered and areas that are not explored. We had to do that because there’s only so much movie you could tell in 85 minutes.“
Earlier this week, Korean-American Rapper Rei Ami, who voiced the character Zoey, shared her excitement about the possibility of movie number two with the media at the Heidi Klum\“s Halloween bash, where she went as her character in the film.
“I\“m waiting for the call, just like you! You\“re going to find out when I do, so we\“ll chat then,“ she said. “This is a cultural phenomenon. The records, the headlines... it\“s absolutely unprecedented.”
